Run Calculations

To access this portion of the community, click System >Run Calculations 

The Run Calculations window page will appear. 

There are three options on this page: 

  • Update Member Profiles – Will update the activity status variable of community members.

 

  • Send Panelist Report – sends a simple report to the administrator with the number of panelists by activity status, age and gender.

 

  • Run executable blocks – runs calculated variables in surveys (the ones that use the execute function).
